Anyone out there who enjoys what I call "stage magic" stories are probably already familiar with my Assistants series, as well as the off-shoot of it, Hollie & Paul.  What they may not know is that both were started as homages to a couple of series my good friend pwatson1974 has written. The original Assistants story was my version of a series of stories he used in writing contests featuring a magician named Faustus The Great and his team of troublesome assistants.  At the same time, the characters of Paul and Hollie, as well as their loving relationship, was a tribute to his other series, "Peter & Lisa".  Both series were available

Hey all, Just wanted to point out to anyone who enjoyed the two stories mentioned above that a third story in the series has been posted at my good friend dkfenger's page.  (https://dkfenger.deviantart.com/)  This is an official follow-up, too.  Not just someone using the idea.  So, head over if you enjoyed Lynda & Cyndi and check out what he's done with them. Oh, and if you're not familiar with his own work, be sure to check that out, too.  If you like my stuff, you'll love his.  In my personal opinion, his "Trust Machines" series is the most original and most fun concept to come down the inanimate TF road in a very long time.  Check 'em

I really would like that, but I can't make any promises.

is this the same jmd from the medusa realm?

Wow! That's one I haven't heard about in a VERY long time. But yeah. That's me.

gasp! I loved that website, and always did prefer the classic photo manip with caption...a bit harder to find on deviantart these days

Yes. But lots of really good 3D art can be found. But I get your point.
